Frequently Asked Questions

Cleaning mineral stone bracelets is important to preserve their energetic effects and physical beauty. Here are some ways to clean them:

1. Cleaning with water
Hold the bracelet under running cold water for a few minutes.
Make sure the mineral stone is waterproof and not sensitive to water.

2. By smoke
Use natural incense such as sage, palo santo or frankincense.
Hold the bracelet over the smoke to allow it to flow through and clear the energy.

3. Earthing
Place the bracelet in a small bowl of soil or directly on the ground in a safe place and leave it for a few hours or overnight.
The energies of the earth naturally purify and ground the minerals.

4. Moonlight
Place the bracelet in the moonlight overnight, especially during a full moon.
Moonlight gently cleanses and recharges the minerals.

5. Sunlight
Place the bracelet in direct sunlight for a few hours.
However, be aware that some minerals can be sensitive to sunlight and fade (e.g. amethyst, rose quartz).

6. Hematite or selenite
Place the bracelet on or next to a piece of hematite or selenite.
These minerals themselves are capable of cleansing and recharging other crystals.

Always check the properties and sensitivities of the specific mineral stone before using any cleaning method to avoid damage.

In order to protect the crystal bracelet, it is worth observing some basic precautions, especially with regard to protection against mechanical effects and chemicals:

1. Avoid chemicals

Do not wear the bracelet when working with household chemicals, such as cleaning agents, detergents, or when using make-up, perfume. These can damage the surface of the crystal and the durability of the rubber.

2. Take it off before bathing or swimming

Water, especially chlorinated water, can have a harmful effect on the crystal and other parts of the bracelet.

3. Protect from mechanical effects

Do not wear the bracelet during hard activities such as sports or heavy physical work. In the process, the bracelet can easily be damaged.

4. Storage

When not wearing, keep the bracelet in a separate container, such as a soft cloth bag or a lined jewellery box. This way, you can avoid other jewelry getting scratched or dented.

5. Regular cleaning

Clean the bracelet regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh detergents, use mild soapy water instead, then rinse thoroughly and dry.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your crystal bracelet will retain its beauty and integrity for a long time.

Correct placement of the mineral bracelet onto the wrist is simple, but following a few steps will ensure that the bracelet is not damaged and fits comfortably.

Here's the right way:

1. Preparation:
Check that your hands and the bracelet are clean and dry.

2. Hand position:
Keep your hands relaxed and straight, with your fingers together.

3. Stretching the bracelet:
Hold the bracelet with both hands and gently roll it up onto your wrist.

4. Installation:
Be careful not to pull too hard to avoid stretching or tearing the rubber bands.

5. Setting:
Once the bracelet is on your wrist, adjust it for a comfortable fit.

A rubber mineral bracelet is flexible, but be careful not to stretch it too much, as it can weaken the rubber strands over time. Careful application extends the life of the bracelet and preserves its aesthetic appearance.

The power of the mountain crystal (quartz) lies in its structure, which endows it with special energetic properties. Although the scientific community is generally skeptical about the effectiveness of crystal healing, spiritual and alternative medicine advocates believe that rock crystal can work in a number of ways:

Physical and energetic properties
1. Piezoelectric effect: The quartz crystal generates an electric charge under mechanical pressure, and vice versa. This property makes quartz useful in electronic devices such as clocks, radios, and computers.

2. Energy enhancer: In spiritual practices, rock crystal is often used as an energy enhancer. It is believed to be able to amplify the energy around it, including the energies of the human body. That is why it is used for meditation, healing and other spiritual activities.

Spiritual and healing effects
1. Cleansing and balance: Rock crystal is often used to cleanse energy and restore energetic balance. It is believed to help remove negative energies and promote the flow of positive energies.

2. Meditation and centering: Crystals are often used in meditation as they help focus attention and achieve inner peace. Mountain crystal can be especially helpful in achieving clear thoughts and mental clarity.

3. Healing Effects: According to proponents of alternative medicine, mountain crystals can help with physical and emotional healing. It is believed to support the immune system, reduce stress and help improve energy flow.

Modes of use
1. Meditation: Hold the crystal in your hand or place it in front of you during meditation.
2. Jewellery: Wear the rock crystal as jewellery, such as a necklace or bracelet, to stay in touch with your energies.
3. Environment: Place the crystal in your home or workplace to cleanse and amplify surrounding energies.

In summary, the operation and effects of rock crystals are based on individual belief systems and spiritual practices, and although many people believe in their beneficial effects, they are not a substitute for scientifically based medical treatments.

Rock crystal, also known as quartz is found in many parts of the world and its geological origins date back millions of years. Quartz is one of the most common minerals on Earth and can be found on almost every continent. Below I present the origin and history of the mountain crystal:

Geological origin

1. Formation:
- Mountain crystal consists of silicon dioxide (SiO₂) and is formed through volcanic activity. When the magma cools and solidifies, the silica in it crystallizes to form quartz.
- Quartz crystals can form under different conditions, temperatures and pressures, resulting in crystals of different sizes and shapes.

2. Occurrence:
- Mountain crystal is mined in Brazil, the United States, Madagascar, Switzerland and Russia among others.
- Mountain crystal is also found in Hungary, especially in the Mátra and Zemplén mountains.

Historical and cultural significance

1. Ancient civilisations:
- The ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans also knew and valued mountain crystal. The Egyptians made amulets and ornaments from it, while the Greeks believed that quartz was ice that never melted.
- The ancient Chinese also used rock crystal as a healing tool and in many cultures it was a symbol of purity and spiritual purity.

2. Spiritual and healing exercises:
- During the middle ages in Europe, rock crystal was often used to make amulets and talismans, as it was believed to protect against evil spirits.
- To this day, rock crystal is popular in alternative medicine and spiritual practice, where it is used for meditation, energy clearing and healing.

Modern use

1. Electronics and technology:
- Due to its piezoelectric properties, quartz plays an important role in modern electronics, such as watches, radios and computers.

2. Jewellery and ornaments:
- Jewellery and ornaments made of rock crystal are still popular today, due to their beauty and alleged energetic properties.

Overall, the mountain crystal has a rich history both geologically and culturally. Although its healing effects are not proven by the scientific community, quartz's widespread use and spiritual significance continue to make it popular in many cultures and practices.

Follow the steps below to easily and accurately measure your wrist size:

1. Prepare your tools: You will need a tape measure, a piece of thread or tape or a ruler.

2. Measuring with a tape measure:
- Wrap the measuring tape tightly but comfortably around your wrist where you want to wear the bracelet.
- Read the value and write down the number needed for an accurate measurement.

3. Measuring with thread or tape:
- If you don't have a tape measure, use a piece of string or tape. Wrap the thread or ribbon tightly but comfortably around your wrist.
- Mark the meeting point of the thread or ribbon with a pen or pencil.
- Measure the marked length with a ruler or tape measure and record the value.

4. Measurement check:
- If you want to get an exact bracelet size, it is recommended to add 1-2 centimeters to the measured value so that the bracelet fits comfortably and is not too tight.

5. Example:
- If the circumference of your wrist is, for example: 16 cm, choose a bracelet size of 17-18 cm for a comfortable fit.

These simple measurement methods will help ensure that the bracelet fits comfortably and correctly on your wrist.
