Order Fulfilment (Free Express Delivery; 1-3 business day; on all UK orders over £75)

Please note that processing time is 2-3 business days in addition to shipping. We can only guarantee that your order will be processed on time; however, we cannot guarantee delivery times due to potential delays from our delivery partners.

Once you provide your wrist size and a valid address, your handmade bracelet will take 2-3 working days to make, after which it will be ready to ship. Our usual delivery method is Royal Mail (Tracked 48 with Signature), which typically takes 2 to 5 working days for delivery. On the day your product is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you place an order on a Friday, weekend, or holiday, it will be processed on the next working day.

Duties and Fees (International Orders)

For orders placed outside of the UK, your order may be subject to VAT, import duties, and/or taxes. These fees are not included in the order total due to the complexity of international laws. You are responsible for any local customs and duties related to your order. By law, we are required to declare the full value of the package contents and cannot adjust this value.

If you refuse to pay customs duties and your order is consequently refused, you will be responsible for shipping costs and any additional charges, fees, duties, or taxes incurred during shipping.

Customs duties and fees are not pre-stated on the website and will be calculated on a per-order basis. We will contact you once your order is placed to provide further details.

We trust Royal Mail, a reliable shipping service provider, but we cannot guarantee their performance. Shipping errors are rare, but we can only guarantee aspects within our control.
